I took my 12 year old daughter in to this salon for her first proper style. She wanted some long layers and some shaping round the front. She ended up with scissor marks and chunks taken out. When I asked about the poor cut I was told it was just the way the layers were and kept moving her hair around to cover and hide the parts I was questioning. I am so so disappointed. My daughter had beautiful, untouched hair almost down to her bottom and it is going to take a long time to grow out the mess the stylist has made.
